PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

For the couple who wants to have an active role in planning.

 

This is ideal for those who have started wedding planning but need further help and guidance throughout the rest of the process. We take care of confirming and finalizing details, as well as booking any forgotten vendors or services. THIS PACKAGE REQUIRES LESS ASSISTANCE THAN A FULL-SERVICE PLANNER. WE PROVIDE SUPPORT WITH ORGANIZING DETAILS AND TYING UP LOOSE ENDS.

THE Process

SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE:

To reserve your wedding date and begin the planning process, a signed contract and deposit of 50% of your total package is required. This ensures that your date is held exclusively for you, and we can start working on the projects and details we've agreed upon. Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo for your convenience. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we'll begin creating your personalized wedding plan and timeline, ensuring every detail is in place.

SUBMIT IMPORTANT INFO:

To get started, please provide all necessary documents, including an overall and itemized budget, contact information and contracts for already booked vendors, if any, venue details, important contacts, and any other information relevant to your wedding plans. Once we have everything, we’ll dive into the planning process and get started on making your dream wedding a reality.

RELAX, + ENJOY YOUR ENGAGEMENT:

After securing your deposit and submitting your documents, we’ll get to work on the agreed-upon services. We’ll guide you every step of the way, ensuring everything is on track. All we ask is that you respond to our communication in a timely manner to help us stay on schedule and ensure that all vendors are booked promptly. Rest assured, we’re here to handle the details so you can focus on celebrating this special time!

    Yes, we do charge a travel fee for weddings outside a 30-mile radius of Lexington, KY, and Murray, KY. The exact fee varies depending on the location, so please contact us for more details if your venue falls outside these areas.
